It has been lovely to see the children in Fox Room continue to build relationships with their friends and adults this term. We have really enjoyed learning lots of new songs and exploring musical instruments during our circle times. Our favourite story this term was ‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’ and we even joined in with parts of the story.
This wet weather has not stopped the children in Fox Room exploring our garden. We have enjoyed digging streams in the sandpit and even making a pond for our ducks!
Indoors we have enjoyed exploring winter themed sensory experiences such as shaving foam, coloured rice and oats. We have also enjoyed making salt dough decorations and we can’t wait to decorate them ready to come home.
This term we have been taking part in the Big Brush Club. The children have been given the opportunity to brush their teeth in a small group during the afternoon session. We have been curious and eager to join in with the big brush!
We are looking forward to more adventures next term!
