You may have heard in the news that a number of schools across Bristol are currently experiencing internet and network issues linked to systems managed by Bristol City Council.
Although some of the nursery school’s online services are affected, Knowle West Nursery School remains open as normal and children can continue attending their sessions as usual. The issue relates to school IT systems only and has no impact on the safety, care or wellbeing of children and staff.
At present, access to some digital services is limited and this may affect how quickly the nursery school can respond to emails and other online communications. Families who need to get in touch should use the temporary mobile number:
