A warm welcome back to everyone after the half term break. We hope all our families had a lovely break and are looking forward to an exciting new term at Knowle West Nursery School.
We are pleased to let families know that our usual telephone line is now back up and running. Please use 0117 9030214 to contact the school. The mobile phone will remain on site and will be used for emergencies only.
This term, we are delighted to be launching our very own Family Food Store. Thanks to the generosity of our friends at Fareshare, the school will receive weekly deliveries of fresh fruit and vegetables, starting this week. Deliveries will arrive on Monday afternoons, allowing us to restock throughout the week.
Some of the donated produce will be enjoyed by the children in nursery, supporting conversations about healthy food and helping children explore different fruits and vegetables. Any additional items will be available for families to collect from the Family Food Store in reception.
We would love families to come and see what is available. Simply bring a bag and top up your weekly shop for free. This week’s selection includes apples, mangoes, potatoes, parsnips and green beans.
